     The story of monk and a rat   

A monk lived beside a river. A rat came to take shelter on his lap to save from an Eagle . The Monk felt pity on the rat and wanted to bring up as his daughter . At once he sprinkled water from his pot on rat's body and converted into a beautiful daughter . Then he called his wife and told that we shall bring up this girl as their daughter . The hermit's wife agree and wanted to bring up rat daughter with love and care . 

with passage of time , the girl grew up and came time of married . Monk's wife requested to monk to find out a husband for their daughter . Monk choose the sun as the groom and he asked his daughter about the sun but his daughter did not gave agree his proposal because the sun's temperament is very hot . Then the monk was talking about cloud but his daughter disagree because of his colour . Because cloud is very much black . The monk gave the proposal of wind and mountain . This time also rat did not assent . 

Then the mountain said about the rat that he is stronger than him because the rat makes a hole in his body. The monk then informs about the rat groom and he asked for her opinion . Then rat girl assented with great favour . She requested the monk to convert her into a rat because she want  to spent whole life with rat groom . 

Moral-Even if the body changes, the mind does not change .

         সন্ন্যাসী এবং একটি ইঁদুরের গল্প

একটি সন্ন্যাসী নদীর পাশে থাকতেন।  ঈগল থেকে বাঁচার জন্য একটি ইঁদুর তার কোলে আশ্রয় নিতে এসেছিল।  সন্ন্যাসী ইঁদুরটির প্রতি করুণা অনুভব করেছিলেন এবং নিজের মেয়ে হিসাবে লালন-পালন করতে চেয়েছিলেন।  সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সে ইঁদুরের শরীরে তার পাত্র থেকে জল ছিটিয়ে একটি সুন্দরী কন্যায় রূপান্তরিত করে।  অতঃপর তিনি তার স্ত্রীকে ডেকে বললেন যে আমরা এই মেয়েটিকে তাদের মেয়ে হিসাবে পালন করব। সন্ন্যাসীর  স্ত্রী সম্মত হন এবং ইঁদুর কন্যাকে প্রেম এবং যত্নের সাথে লালিত করতে চেয়েছিলেন।

  সময়ের সাথে সাথে, মেয়েটি বড় হয়েছে এবং বিয়ের সময় হয়ে এসেছিল।  সন্ন্যাসীর স্ত্রী সন্ন্যাসীর কাছে অনুরোধ করেছিলেন তাদের মেয়ের জন্য স্বামী খোঁজার।  সন্ন্যাসী সূর্যকে বর হিসাবে বেছে নিয়েছিলেন এবং তিনি তাঁর কন্যাকে সূর্য সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করেছিলেন তবে তাঁর কন্যা তাঁর প্রস্তাবে রাজি হননি কারণ সূর্যের মেজাজ খুব গরম।  তখন সন্ন্যাসী মেঘের কথা বলছিলেন কিন্তু তার মেয়ে তার রঙের কারণে একমত নন।  কারণ মেঘ খুব কালো।  সন্ন্যাসী বাতাস ও পর্বতের প্রস্তাব দিয়েছিলেন।  এবারও ইঁদুর সম্মতি দেয়নি।  

তখন পর্বত ইঁদুর সম্পর্কে বলেছিল যে সে তার চেয়ে শক্তিশালী কারণ ইঁদুর তার শরীরে  গর্ত করে।  সন্ন্যাসী তখন ইঁদুর বর সম্পর্কে অবহিত করেন এবং তিনি তার মতামত চেয়েছিলেন।  তারপরে ইঁদুর মেয়েটি দুর্দান্ত অনুগ্রহে সম্মতি জানায়।  তিনি সন্ন্যাসীকে তাকে ইঁদুরে রূপান্তরিত করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছিলেন কারণ তিনি ইঁদুর বরের সাথে পুরো জীবন কাটাতে চান।

নৈতিক-দেহ বদলে গেলেও মন পরিবর্তন হয় না।

      साधु और एक चूहे की कहानी

नदी के किनारे एक साधु रहता था।  एक चूहा चील से बचने के लिए उसकी गोद में शरण लेने आया।  साधु को चूहे पर दया आ गई और वह उसे अपनी बेटी के रूप में पालना चाहता था।  तुरंत वह अपने बर्तन से पानी छिड़ककर चूहे के शरीर को एक सुंदर लड़की में बदल देती है।  फिर उसने अपनी पत्नी को बुलाया और कहा कि हम इस लड़की को उनकी बेटी के रूप में बड़ा करेंगे।  साधु की पत्नी सहमत हो गई और चूहे की बेटी को प्यार और देखभाल के साथ पालना चाहती थी।  

समय के साथ, लड़की बड़ी हुई और शादी का समय आ गया।  साधु की पत्नी ने साधु से अपनी बेटी के लिए पति खोजने का अनुरोध किया।  साधु ने सूर्या को अपने दूल्हे के रूप में चुना और उन्होंने अपनी बेटी से सूर्या के बारे में पूछा लेकिन उनकी बेटी उनके प्रस्ताव के लिए सहमत नहीं हुई क्योंकि सूर्या का स्वभाव बहुत गर्म था।  तब साधु बादल के बारे में बात कर रहा था लेकिन उसकी बेटी उसके रंग के कारण सहमत नहीं थी।  क्योंकि बादल बहुत काले होते हैं।  साधु ने हवा और पहाड़ की पेशकश की।  इस बार भी चूहा लड़की ने सहमति नहीं दी।  

तब पहाड़ ने चूहे के बारे में कहा कि वह उससे ज्यादा मजबूत है क्योंकि चूहा उसके शरीर में छेद कर देता है।  भिक्षु ने चूहे दूल्हे को सूचित किया और उसने उसकी राय पूछी।  फिर चूहा लड़की बड़ी सहमत हुए।  उसने साधु को उसे चूहे में बदलने के लिए कहा क्योंकि वह अपना पूरा जीवन चूहे  दूल्हे के साथ बिताना चाहता था।

नैतिक - शरीर बदल जाए तो भी मन नहीं बदलता।
